Be the key player in our Tax team as a Senior Accountant. You'll deliver tailored tax strategies that ensure compliance and drive client efficiencies, all while working within a dynamic regulatory landscape.

In this senior role, you will need 2 to 4 years of public accounting or tax experience and a strong understanding of the Canadian Income Tax Act. Your expertise will help in preparing corporate and personal tax returns and developing proactive strategies. You'll also lead engagement teams, collaborate on new client onboarding, and ensure businesses use effective policies to maximize their tax opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete tax engagements and prepare returns

• Manage new client setups and incorporation processes

• Evaluate and advise on business processes

• Investigate tax discrepancies with client teams

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and engagement summaries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration

• CPA designation or working towards it

• 2–4 years relevant public accounting experience

• Knowledge of Canadian Income Tax Act

• Proficient with accounting and tax software
