Bring your expertise to Centre Court as a Senior Construction Accountant, overseeing high-rise projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Merge finance with construction and make a tangible impact on landmark developments.

This pivotal role combines accounting with project oversight, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting Project Managers across a portfolio of $100 million+ developments. You'll manage invoicing, cost tracking, and project budgets while closely collaborating with various teams to drive project execution and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate costs and approvals with Project Managers and site teams

• Review construction invoices for accuracy and compliance

• Monitor budgets through change orders and ongoing tracking

• Coordinate monthly progress draws and financial documentation

• Analyze costs and trends for effective decision-making

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience in construction or project accounting

• CPA designation is an asset

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
