Key Responsibilities:

• Validate payroll inputs for accuracy and compliance

• Assist with payroll tax reviews and reconciliations

• Support year-end payroll filings such as T4s and W-2s

• Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity

• Participate in process improvements and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

• 2–4 years of payroll experience focused on Canada

• Knowledge of U.S. payroll tax concepts an asset

• High attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting
