Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project accounting and financial reporting

• Lead a team of accountants through development cycles

• Collaborate on strategic financial decisions with project teams

• Set accounting policies and ensure accurate transaction treatment

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of supervisory experience in accounting

• CPA designation with experience in IFRS & ASPE

• Familiarity with construction development accounting

• Proficient in data management and financial software

• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills
