Leverage your accounting expertise as a Senior Accounting Analyst at Black Berry in Waterloo, ON, working in a hybrid model. Ensure the integrity of the global record-to-report process and maintain compliance with accounting standards.

This senior role within Black Berry’s Corporate Accounting team focuses on executing month-end close processes and maintaining accurate financial records. You will collaborate across teams, contribute to process improvements, and prepare crucial reports for senior management. Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP is essential for executing key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Support internal compliance and audit documentation

• Prepare reports on key account fluctuations

• Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, and tax teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• CPA designation preferred

• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably Net Suite

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
