Property Administration, Revenue Control

Position: Property Administration, Revenue Control - 6 months
Our industry leader in the Real Estate sector is seeking a Property Administrator, Revenue Control on a 6-month contract,  to support billing, collections, cash application, and tenant account administration across a large and complex real estate portfolio.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or lease administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

Billing and Revenue Control – Accounts Receivable and Collections
Cash Application and Account Management
Tenant Support
Internal Coordination across multiple departments and teams
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, accounting, lease administration, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
Ability to identify issues requiring escalation, including setup discrepancies and lease interpretation concerns.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience with JDE, Yardi, or similar ERP/property management systems.
