Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary advisor for small business and professional clients

• Review corporate and personal tax returns for accuracy

• Proactively identify tax strategies to benefit clients

• Lead and mentor the accounting staff effectively

• Engage in process improvements adopting automation tools

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years in public accounting

• Strong experience with tax return reviews

• Knowledge of Case Ware and Tax Prep is advantageous

• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

• Proven capacity to handle multiple priorities
