In this critical role, you'll oversee financial transactions and fiscal reporting for a varied property portfolio. Your responsibilities involve producing accurate monthly statements, managing cash flows, and final sales operating statements, contributing to effective property management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete understanding of property account processes

• Generate financial statements aligned with accounting standards

• Track cash positions for mortgage payments and key expenses

• Complete property tax invoicing and monitor tenant accounts

• Assist in training junior property accounting staff

Requirements:

• Enrolled in CPA program with 4–5 years accounting experience

• 2–3 years focused on commercial/retail property accounting

• Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure

• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications

• Police clearance and criminal verification check required
