The ideal candidate will have over three years of accounting experience, specifically in a manufacturing setting.

Your role includes processing full-cycle accounts payable, supporting payroll for over 20 employees, and maintaining organized financial records. You will collaborate closely with the General Accountant to ensure accurate month-end financial activities and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and manage full-cycle Accounts Payable

• Support payroll for union and temporary staff

• Maintain accurate employee timesheets and payroll records

• Assist in bookkeeping functions and reconciliations

• Conduct general office administration, including data entry

Requirements:

• 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Experience with payroll processing, particularly in union settings

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and accounts payable

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
