The hourly rate for this position is $20.78-$25.67 per hour. Please note, the salary information provided is intended to be used as a guideline. Final rate offered will vary upon candidate’s prior co-op/work experience, years of study completed, relevant skills, as well as internal equity considerations.

Join our Finance team and gain experience in a variety of areas such as
** Accounts Receivable**,
** Accounts Payable**,
** Treasury and General Accounting**, and in
** Fixed Asset Accounting**.
** How You Will Make an Impact
** This opportunity involves responsibilities including but not limited to:
* Prepare remittance sheets for deposits using templates and upon verification of received cheque, enter the information into remittance sheet.
* Update A/R aging in SAP and add notes in Receivable Status
* Mail invoices to clients
* Manage the Purchase Order (PO) database including saving POs into designated folders, entering data into PO List spreadsheets, and emailing PO notification and confirmation requests.
* Match cheques to invoices, write payment details on invoices, file paid invoices, and reconcile customer statements
* Provide support for banking and credit cards.
* Coordinate journal entries and account reconciliations.
* Assist with bank reconciliations.
* Post various types of payments in the system.
* Create intercompany invoices.
* Assist with mail coordination and delivery.
* Provide support for other financial areas as needed.
* Provide other administrative support as needed.
