Position: Senior Accountant at CNIB

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

• Lead journal entries and reconciliations for accuracy

• Prepare schedules for auditors and respond to inquiries

• Oversee deferred funds and revenue recognition

• Provide technical accounting guidance to team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience

• Advanced knowledge of not-for-profit accounting standards

• Proficient in Excel and Net Suite or similar systems

• CPA designation or active pursuit preferred
