Accounts Payable Specialist; Northyork

Our client is an International success story, and they are looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to the team for an initial term of 3 months. There is a strong potential for this role to extend further.

*** This is an in-office role 4-5 days per week

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you are responsible for day-to-day accounts payable duties in a high-volume environment (100 invoices per day – some easy to match with PO’s, others need investigation and recommendations). You will work on various vendor and bank reconciliations, prepare payment runs, etc.

• 3+ years hands on similar experience with AP in a higher volume environment
• Strong communications skills [written and verbal]
• Strong technology skills [intermediate to advanced Excel;
  Power Bi or Snowflake is nice to have]
