Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and expense transactions accurately

• Conduct bank and intercompany reconciliations

• Reconcile vendor invoices and inventory transactions

• Assist in month-end closing and reporting tasks

• Maintain vendor records and manage payment inquiries

Requirements:

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

• 3+ years in accounts payable, particularly in distribution

• Knowledge of ERP or accounting systems an advantage

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
