Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and code a high volume of invoices accurately

• Verify and post daily accounting entries

• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports

• Ensure proper documentation matches purchase orders and deliveries

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificate in accounting or relevant experience

• Minimum 1-2 years in accounts payable role

• Strong analytical and time management skills

• Advanced Excel knowledge required
