In this full-time role, you will report to the Director of Finance, assisting with budgeting and financial statement preparations. Responsibilities also include supervising Bookkeepers and ensuring compliance with health care regulations and accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and accounting standards

• Set department goals in line with company vision

• Supervise Bookkeepers effectively

• Conduct audits of facility accounting systems

• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial statements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Net Suite, and Point Click Care

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
