Position: AP Accountant with NetSuite Experience
Take on the role of an AP Accountant in the Greater Toronto Area. Focus on effective invoice management, expense tracking, and support for cash flow forecasting.

This role is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, especially in high-volume environments. You'll review invoices, process payments through various channels, and prepare reconciliations for month-end close.

Your role will also involve collaborating with multiple departments to enhance operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Code and process invoices within Net Suite accurately

• Handle employee expense reimbursements and related transactions

• Assist with outgoing payment processing and EFTs

• Support weekly cash flow forecasting efforts

• Provide internal audit support and improve AP processes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Experience in accounts payable is essential

• Familiarity with banking payment workflows

• Proficiency in Net Suite or similar ERP systems

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
