Join a rapidly growing painting and finishing company as a Bookkeeper. This role revolves around managing financial accounts and processing payroll in North York, ON.
We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. You will handle accounts payable and receivable while processing payroll and preparing GST/HST filings. Your expertise will ensure smooth administrative operations in our client’s expanding business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Process payroll and related remittances accurately
• Reconcile payroll liabilities consistently
• Prepare and file GST/HST and EHT remittances
• Assist with corporate tax documentation and records
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-4 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing
• Familiarity with GST/HST regulations
• Proficiency in financial software programs
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
