Outhire is seeking an individual contributor to manage end-to-end accounts payable and contract administration for construction and development projects. This dynamic role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience, where you will process invoices, maintain consultant contracts, and support project teams. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure compliance and timely payments throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices accurately
• Maintain and set up contracts within the accounting system
• Track and resolve invoice discrepancies proactively
• Collaborate with project teams to gather approvals for invoices
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
Requirements:
• 2-4 years of accounts payable experience in real estate or construction
• Strong organizational skills in managing multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal formats
