Key Responsibilities:

• Process all Accounts Payable transactions efficiently

• Manage credit card reconciliations for multiple companies

• Organize and maintain financial documentation

• Match invoices against purchase orders accurately

• Support financial close activities at month-end and year-end

Requirements:

• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles

• Strong background in Accounts Payable and reconciliations

• Experience with project accounting, especially in construction

• Proficiency with Sage Intacct preferred

• High level of attention to detail and organization
