In this position, you will oversee the full accounts payable process at Questrade, ensuring accuracy in vendor invoice handling and record management. Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

• Match invoices with corresponding purchase orders

• Code invoices to relevant general ledger accounts

• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies

• Prepare payments via ACH and wire transfer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with accounting software preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
