Key Responsibilities:

• Lead software capitalization implementation and reconciliations

• Manage commission capitalization and associated journal entries

• Oversee stock-based compensation and equity accounting

• Assist in payroll journal entries and reconciliations

• Participate in public company audit readiness efforts

Requirements:

• CPA and 10+ years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of complex accounting processes

• Ability to work independently and adapt

• Experience in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments

• Willingness to take on various ad-hoc projects
