• Check employee reimbursement reports in Concur

• Review and verify vendor setup forms for accuracy

• Organize and save relevant invoice information

• Validate accuracy of submitted invoices in Concur

• Collect and maintain records of credit card transactions

Requirements:

• enrolled in an Accounting or Finance program

• Start in September 2026 for around 8 months

• Competency in MS Office Suite; ERP systems knowledge is beneficial

• Strong communication skills in English

• Organized with a keen eye for detail
