Our client is seeking a technically proficient Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting, from financial reporting and tax compliance to managing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have a CPA background with significant public accounting audit experience, keen operational accounting skills, and a strong focus on revenue processes. You will also enhance team performance and streamline processes to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly management account preparation, including income statements

• Oversee full month-end and year-end close processes

• Manage cash functions and supervise a team of 3-5

• Prepare rolling 13-week cash flow forecasts

• Investigate ERP-related accounting reporting issues

Requirements:

• CPA designation with public accounting experience

• 7-10 years in progressive accounting roles

• Strong operational accounting and GAAP knowledge

• Proficient in Oracle Net Suite ERP

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
