Position: Dynamic Accounting Manager Role at Beacon
Beacon Software is hiring an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations across our software portfolio. This hybrid position requires strong technical skills and a focus on integrating new acquisitions effectively.

Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting across 10–15 companies. As an Accounting Manager, you will lead the consolidation processes, manage outsourced teams, and establish efficient workflows. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive continuous improvement in accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities

• Review and approve journal entries and financial statements

• Collaborate with FP&A for reporting alignment

• Manage external analysts and billing specialists

• Support onboarding of new acquisitions into accounting systems

Requirements:

• CPA certification with a degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3–5+ years in multi-entity accounting environments

• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP tools

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and controls

• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
