Position: Accounting Clerk with AP/AR Focus

We seek an organized professional with a background in finance and property management, capable of managing vendor invoicing and tenant billing cycles effectively. The role demands close attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with vendors and tenants to resolve payment issues and ensure accuracy in all financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify vendor invoices and ensure correct authorizations

• Process timely payments and maintain vendor relations

• Generate monthly billings and manage tenant payments

• Monitor outstanding balances and address discrepancies

• Assist with compliance and financial reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years in AP/AR roles

• 2-year diploma in bookkeeping or degree in Finance

• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Yardi software

• Important experience in Non-Profit or Property Management

• Excellent organizational and relational abilities
