As a Senior Manager, you will report directly to the Controller and serve as the technical accounting lead. You will interpret IFRS standards and ensure ongoing compliance, emphasizing complex accounting issues. This role involves developing accounting policies and monitoring emerging industry practices for their impact on financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interpretation of IFRS standards for the organization

• Develop and recommend IFRS
17 accounting policies and methodologies

• Prepare monthly management reporting dashboards

• Oversee calculation of Contractual Service Margin (CSM)

• Drive process improvements in accounting operations

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA or equivalent accounting designation required

• 7+ years in technical accounting and insurance finance

• Strong expertise in IFRS and IFRS
17

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
