Detailed Accounting Analyst

Position: Detailed Accounting Analyst at The Butcher Shoppe

HANA implementation and general accounting.

As an Accounting Analyst, you will support The Butcher Shoppe's finance team at a critical growth phase. You will own AP operations, assist with month-end close, and contribute to the rollout of essential financial systems. Your work will foster improvement and efficiency in our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming vendor invoices and queries

• Spearhead the digitization of AP processes

• Execute vendor payments with accuracy and authorization

• Document key AP processes for SAP implementation

• Prepare month-end entries and assist in audits

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA in progress

• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience

• Comprehensive understanding of accounts payable

• Familiar with ERP and SAP, AP automation tools

• Proven proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills
