In this permanent full-time role, you will manage private company audit engagements and drive compliance with evolving auditing standards. Your leadership will foster team development while providing valuable insights to clients. Stay current with industry trends to enhance audit methodologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all aspects of audit engagements for clients
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy and completeness
• Foster professional growth in audit teams
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly
Requirements:
• CPA, CA designation required
• Minimum of 1–2 years in management at a public accounting firm
• Expertise in ASPE and knowledge of Canadian tax
• Strong judgment regarding confidential matters
• Advanced computer skills including Excel and Caseware
