This experienced position involves managing weekly and biweekly payroll activities. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and validate payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies and preventing errors. Additional responsibilities include documenting contributions to Union Pension and Health plans and engaging in cross-functional payroll audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage validation process for payroll checklists
• Authorize positive pay files and ACH requests
• Conduct scheduled payroll audits for compliance
• Analyze and verify Union pay scale data
• Prepare monthly payroll metrics and training materials
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in SAP and advanced MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and judgment abilities
