Position: Property Accountant with Europro

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing recurring journal entries, and conducting monthly reconciliations. Successful candidates will thrive in a challenging environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial reporting and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end and recurring journal entries

• Prepare comprehensive quarterly financial packages

• Conduct thorough HST and bank reconciliations

• Coordinate with Property Managers for accuracy and efficiency

• Compile annual budgets and chargebacks for tenants/vendors

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary accounting education with a recognized designation

• 2–3 years of experience in property accounting

• Strong detail-oriented and organizational skills

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software

• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager preferred
