This position calls for a professional with at least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant, with a preference for exposure to the insurance sector. You will support the Accounting team by managing financial records, producing reports, and improving processes.

Your role is vital in ensuring the integrity of accounts within PROLINK Insurance and its Broker Network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile internal calculations with partner commission invoices

• Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations for various accounts

• Monitor and follow up on overdue balances for brokerage partners

• Process data for EFT and credit card transactions

• Assist in refining accounting processes and workflows

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in accounting or a related domain

• Minimum of 2 years experience in an accounting role

• Strong understanding of accounting practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
