Position: Accounting Role with UNICEF

As an Accountant, you will report to the Senior Manager of Finance and play a key role in daily accounting tasks. Responsibilities will include processing accounts payable and ensuring accurate revenue recording. Your input will enhance the accuracy of financial reports and support the month-end closing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and prepare vendor payments efficiently

• Maintain accurate accounts payable subledger

• Conduct monthly reconciliations and resolve issues

• Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation

• Support cash management and weekly bank activities

Requirements:

• At least two years of accounting experience needed

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Familiarity with fundraising management systems preferred

• Strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy

• Ability to follow standardized processes and improve efficiency
