Position: Turner Construction Senior Accountant Role
Join Turner Construction as a Senior Accountant managing financial aspects of large-scale projects. Ensure financial accuracy and lead a team through complex contract and billing processes.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be a critical player in managing financial operations for high-value projects. Your accounting expertise, combined with at least 3 years of experience, will support your ability to navigate and mentor through intricate financial challenges while maintaining team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement financial procedures for multi-million dollar projects

• Ensure contractual compliance and manage client billing processes

• Conduct audits to maintain accuracy and adherence to GAAP

• Lead and mentor assistant accountants and clerks

• Manage accounts payable for vendor and subcontractor invoices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in construction industry preferred

• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial data

• Proficient in SAP, Textura, and advanced Excel
