Position: Hybrid Accounting Services Coordinator Role

In this role, you'll verify EDI transmission discrepancies and handle manual payments with a focus on accuracy. You will also engage with vendors, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with company policies. Your analytical and organizational skills will play a key role in achieving financial precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit expense reports and direct store transfers

• Balance accounts payable for accurate financial reporting

• Analyze SAP IDOC reports for invoicing consistency

• Manage communication regarding vendor errors

• Reconcile weekly direct deposit documentation

Requirements:

• College diploma or relevant university studies

• 1-3 years related experience in accounting

• Strong intermediate skills in MS Office and Excel

• Familiarity with SAP and other accounting systems

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
