Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Tax in the Operations team, your main duties include ensuring tax receipt audits meet strict deadlines and handling monthly tax withholding remittances. Your excellent organizational skills and collaborative mindset will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely processing of tax audits
• Validate reports and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain detailed departmental documentation
• Monitor regulatory changes from CRA and IRS
• Gather information for internal and external audits
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in tax reporting
• Degree in accounting or finance is preferred
• Strong communication abilities in both languages
• Advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
