Position: Senior Accounting Associate Role at 30 Forensic Engineering

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will play a significant role in both customer service and accounting operations. Responsibilities encompass month-end closures, AR/AP management, compliance, and year-end audits. Your ability to analyze financial data and provide ad hoc reports will be pivotal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in month-end close processes and financial reporting

• Oversee all AR procedures, including invoicing and collections

• Manage AP processes from review to payment issuance

• Develop internal controls and financial forecasts

• Assist during year-end audits with external auditors

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline

• Professional accounting designation preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

• Knowledge of Deltek ERP is beneficial
