Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements
• Conduct financial analysis for property managers
• Execute revenue and recovery ratio analysis
• Participate in operational and financial review meetings
• Review and analyze property budgets
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Accounting
• 1+ years in commercial property management or lease accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines
• CPA designation or progress is a plus
