As a key member of Dream Industrial REIT's accounting team, you will manage essential general accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Your contributions will support quarterly and year-end reporting, ensuring compliance and timely financial deliverables. Foster your professional growth while assisting with special projects and leveraging innovative tools like AI for enhanced processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate corporate accounting records for various business units

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries and reconciliations

• Assist with quarterly reporting and external auditor documentation

• Support compliance with legal entity financial statements

• Participate in ad hoc requests and special project initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accounting program

• CPA designation or candidate preferred

• Minimum one year of accounting experience

• Strong Excel proficiency and attention to detail

• Experience with JD Edwards or Wdesk is a plus
