Financial Accountant

Our Toronto‑based client is seeking an ambitious Financial Accountant to join their team.

Full‑time, in‑office position.

• Maintain full‑cycle bookkeeping in Quick Books across multiple entities, including journal entries, bank and account reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with ASPE.
• Prepare HST returns and support the in‑house tax team.
• Assist with audit preparation, working papers, and external accountant requests.
• Contribute to management reporting, covenant monitoring, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Support treasury, funding, and reporting workflows tied to our lending and warehouse facility operations.

• At least two years of accounting experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple priorities.
• A genuine attitude to learn.

The posted salary range reflects expected compensation for this role in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. Actual compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications and may fall anywhere within the range.
