Position: Senior Accountant for Real Estate Financing

As a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Manager of Financial Reporting. This role requires at least three years of progressive accounting experience and a solid background in real estate accounting. You will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, process payments, and ensure timely, accurate reports for your assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain integrity and accuracy of investor records

• Process wire payments for assigned properties on time

• Manage quarterly investor distributions and calculations

• Prepare comprehensive Asset Management Reports

• Review reporting packages from third-party managers

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of accounting experience

• Post-secondary degree in Finance or Accounting

• Experience with Yardi property management software

• Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling

• Strong analytical and communication skills
