In this pivotal role at BMO, you will leverage your 5-7 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance and Audit Management. Your expertise in Cyber Security, Risk Management, and attention to detail will be crucial as you lead audit preparation and remediation activities. Collaborate with diverse teams and manage workflow across audits and exams in Technology & Operations (T&O).
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage audit and exam calendars effectively
• Oversee pre-audit and documentation coordination
• Facilitate meetings and gather regulatory deliverables
• Support ARI Director with ongoing exam and audit updates
• Identify process enhancement opportunities within T&O
Requirements:
• University degree/college diploma or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in audit, compliance, or risk management
• Strong knowledge of BMO's policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Relevant compliance or audit certifications preferred
