Embrace a comprehensive Accounting Analyst role focused on accounts payable in a transforming finance team. Engage in AP management, SAP S/4

HANA implementation, and workflow optimization initiatives.

This role, under the direction of the Controller, involves managing the complete AP process and supporting the company's ambitious transformation goals. You will be responsible for preparing vendor payments, leading user acceptance testing, and participating in the general ledger’s upkeep and month-end closes. Your contributions will ensure the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations while fostering strong communication with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle AP tasks and vendor payment processes

• Transition to fully digitized AP practices

• Conduct bank reconciliations and journal entries

• Collaborate on automation and continuous improvement projects

• Support auditors with required documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• Actively pursuing or open to CPA candidacy

• 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Exposure to fast-paced industries advantageous

• SAP experience is beneficial
