Ideal for individuals with a year of experience in commercial property management and strong skills in financial reporting, this position involves the preparation and analysis of financial statements and budgets. Collaborate with property managers and participate in financial reviews to support community-driven developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Conduct property-level analysis and revenue reviews

• Complete recovery ratio analyses with commentary

• Participate in operational and financial meetings

• Review and process property budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting

• 1+ years in Commercial Property Management accounting

• Strong organizational skills with tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration
