Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full accounting cycle for commercial properties

• Prepare operating costs and tax recovery projections

• Review financial statements for variance analysis

• Assist in CAM audits and property tax appeals

• Maintain fixed asset records and amortization entries

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in Property Accounting

• Degree in Accounting or related field

• Strong skills in MS Excel and Word

• Interest in pursuing CPA designation

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
