Position: Tax Manager – GHD Americas Team
Become a key member of the GHD Americas Tax Team as a Tax Manager. This hybrid role focuses on Canadian corporate tax compliance and cross-border tax advisory while promoting innovation across tax operations.

As a Tax Manager, you will support the Tax Leader by ensuring accurate tax compliance, accounting, and reporting. Your expertise in corporate income tax and proactive tax risk assessment will contribute significantly to GHD's tax governance. You will also lead interactions with tax authorities while advising on commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review corporate income tax returns for compliance and accuracy

• Assess cross-border tax implications and support audits

• Conduct comprehensive technical research on tax legislation

• Operate as a business partner on internal transactions

• Enhance tax systems and identify process improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• CPA designation and undergraduate degree in accounting

• Minimum 8 years of experience in multinational corporate tax

• Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate income tax compliance

• Proven ability to manage projects independently

• Proficient Excel skills with continuous development
