Senior Accountant – Infrastructure Assets
This role reports to the Director of Asset Management and is responsible for the daily accounting, financial reporting, and month‑end close activities for infrastructure assets across Canada and the United States.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and reconcile asset register and related cost allocations.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
- Coordinate month‑end close procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analyses for capital projects.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA in progress or licensed CPA with experience in infrastructure accounting.
- Solid knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
This position offers a competitive salary range of C $85,000 to C $90,000 per year.
