Senior Development Accountant

Our client, a leading pension-backed real estate developer, is seeking an experienced Senior Development Accountant. In this key role, you will manage finances across a diverse portfolio of residential developments, ranging from $150M to $300M. Collaborate with finance and development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless financial management and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting for multiple development projects
• Prepare construction loan draws for funding
• Track and analyze development budgets vs actuals
• Prepare financial statements and investor reports
• Assist with forecasting and project analysis
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of development accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of project accounting principles
• Experience with financial statements and JV reporting
• Familiarity with Yardi, JD Edwards a plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment
