Position: Accounts Payable Specialist with AI Focus

You will work closely with the AP Manager to lead special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing manual efforts. This position is vital for driving the adoption of innovative tools and maintaining strong internal controls within the AP department. Your expertise in invoice processing and transactions will ensure compliance and accuracy across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Accounts Payable

• Conduct system testing and configuration for AP tools

• Define and document business processes for automation

• Troubleshoot issues and enhance AP systems

• Execute AP controls and maintain compliance documents

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• 3 to 5 years in accounts payable, ideally in finance

• Solid understanding of GL and account reconciliations

• Expertise in Microsoft and AP automation software

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
