Working closely with the Senior Director of Financial Operations, you will be pivotal in managing the monthly accounting cycle and providing critical financial insights. This role combines leadership with hands-on analysis of project costs, job costing accuracy, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Manage Construction Accounting team transactions and job costing

• Collaborate on standardized accounting processes across regions

• Provide financial analysis for project costing decisions

• Assist with audits and tax requirements

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of accounting experience in real estate preferred

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience required

• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting

• Experience with JD Edwards and Hubble software

• Advanced Excel skills essential
