The Construction Accounting Manager will oversee the Construction Accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient workflows. Working closely with the Senior Director of Financial Operations, you will be pivotal in managing the monthly accounting cycle and providing critical financial insights. This role combines leadership with hands-on analysis of project costs, job costing accuracy, and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Manage Construction Accounting team transactions and job costing
• Collaborate on standardized accounting processes across regions
• Provide financial analysis for project costing decisions
• Assist with audits and tax requirements
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of accounting experience in real estate preferred
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience required
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting
• Experience with JD Edwards and Hubble software
• Advanced Excel skills essential
