As the first Canadian hire in the Fund Administration team, your role will be to enhance the accounting lifecycle for complex VC and PE funds.

- Oversee complex accounting for Canadian VC and PE funds
- Collaborate on timely quarter‑end and annual closes
- Provide top‑tier service to clients with operational excellence
- Implement roadmaps for process improvements and product enhancements
- Build and guide a talented Canadian fund accounting team
- 5+ years in VC or PE fund accounting in Canada
- Proficient in IFRS, ASPE, and Canadian GAAP
- High attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Robust process‑building and risk management skills
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Canadian funds
